What to Expect on Your First Visit
Aside from filling out all the necessary paperwork to begin your experience at Complete Chiropractic, you can expect exceptional customer service when you visit our clinic in Downtown Washington D.C. Forms and Physical History
Upon your first visit to our clinic, you’ll be given registration forms, a privacy form, and a consent for treatment form to complete, including any insurance information you have. Some insurance plans require additional forms, which we can provide. Once you are in a private room, Dr. Rosenberg will review your health history and you can discuss any special needs or concerns you may have.
Physical Examination
The physical examination will be performed by Dr. Rosenberg to collect neurological and orthopedic information and to accurately record your range of motion and flexibility. Muscle functionality, vital signs, and joint health will also be assessed during this time. If you request an x-ray, we can refer you to a local center.
Diagnosis & Treatment
Our staff will work with you to analyze your unique needs and develop a plan to safely and efficiently resolve your health issues. We’ll review the effectiveness of joint manipulation, stretching, muscle stimulation, and other soft tissue techniques, and provide care techniques for you to practice when outside of our clinic.
