Tips for Quarantine Telework

Working from home or “teleworking” has become the new normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. While some workers may have been working from home one or two days a week prior to COVID-19, they are now doing it daily, which can mean an increased amount of back and neck pain. Especially when working without a proper workstation, such as working from the couch/coffee table or kitchen table, telework can lead to postural issues and pain.

With so many of us working from home, the need for a dedicated, comfortable work station has become more important than ever. Below are links to a series of blog posts from 2017 regarding proper workstation ergonomics.
